This logo design was created for a real estate agent in Roseville, California. I met Chuck while house hunting with my family in 2016. We began discussing the importance of marketing and advertising in real estate and how consistent branding creates a sense of reliability and recognition to clients in any market space. Chuck had maintained the same design aesthetics for quite a few years and was ready for a change. We made multiple revisions over the course of the project timeline and concluded with a design that was far removed from the initial logo and provided Chuck with a modern and competitive logo design that helped him stand out in a very competitive market. The final design features Futura as the headlining typeface with type contrast shown in the color variations as well as the usage of the medium to bold type weight.
